Meeting with USAID representative held at the Training Center
A meeting was held with Mr. Elsever Guliyev, United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Manager of Business Environment Development of the Private Sector Development Project, with the participation of employees of the Training Center at the Training Center of the State Tax Service. At the event, the issues of cooperation between the Agency and the state tax authorities in the field of entrepreneurship support were discussed. During the meeting, Mr. Mirali Kazimov, the Acting Head of the Training Center, highlighted the importance of support projects for businesses operating in the liberated territories, furthermore, he briefed the guest on the general activities of the organization he heads.
Mr. Elsevar Guliyev, in his turn, drew particular attention to the importance of establishing close ties with government agencies and continuing cooperation in the implementation of projects to support the development of entrepreneurship in the country.
The parties also exchanged views on cooperation between USAID and the Training Center in the field of studying international experience and conducting scientific research by tax authorities and on other areas of interest.
