The structure of the Training Center and the number of employees are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The staff of the Training Center consists of 30 employees directly involved in the training process, 7 of them are Doctors of Philosophy in various sciences. The staff of technical support of the Center consists of 29 employees.

The total area of the Training Center is 2.1 hectares.

The total area of the Educational building is 1900 sq. m. including:

• Large conference hall (for 250 people) - 290 sq. m.

• Tax Museum - 210 sq. m.

• Small conference hall - (for 64 people) - 80 sq. m.

• Examination room (for 40 people) - 70 sq. m.

• 3 auditoriums (each for 20 people) - 230 sq. m.

• Bust of national leader Heydar Aliyev, registration desk, cafeteria (for 150 people) - 240 sq. m.

The area of the Administrative building is 1800 sq. m. including:

• 1st floor – 14 rooms (400 sq. m.). Online training room (for 34 people) - 70 sq. m.

• 2nd floor – 15 rooms (430 sq. m). Library - 36 sq. m., reading room - 18 sq. m.

• 3rd attic floor – 15 bedrooms.

The Training Center has a Library and a Reading room. The library fund consists of 1350 books. There are 500 fiction books, 120 political books and 730 books devoted to various legislation and taxation problems in the library.

The Cafeteria is located on the first floor of the main building of the Center. There is a possibility to serve meal for 150 people at a time. A weekly menu is set up by the cafeteria. It is open from 6 am to 9 pm. Meals can also be arranged as a group order.

Serving time:

• Breakfast – from 7 am to 9 am
• Lunch –from 12:30 pm to 14:30 pm
• Dinner –from 18:30 pm to 20:30 pm

A 4-story Dormitory in the Training Center (including a floor of the administrative building as well) is at the disposal of listeners and guests. The dormitory consists of 48 rooms with an area of 2400 sq. m. 9 rooms for 1 person, 39 rooms for 2 persons, and15 living rooms. The total number of beds is 111. Also there are a first-aid point, laundry, ironing and other services at the dormitory.

The sport and spa center (420 sq. m.) has a swimming pool (110 sq. m.), a dry and steam sauna, shower rooms, a gym, and a vitamin bar. The center provides services on a defined schedule (separately for females - and males).

Also on the territory of the Training Center available:

First-aid post (16 sq. m.)

2 guest houses (560 sq. m.) with 2 apartments in each.

2 residential buildings (1680 sq. m.) for staff.

The main issues concerning the Center’s activity are discussed at the Scientific Council of the Training Center. The Statute and members of the Scientific Council are approved by the order of the State Tax Service. The Scientific Council of the Center includes the head, its deputies and the heads of the departments.
